1. Services Offered

On Pointe Business Consulting provides business consulting services, digital resources, online courses, and marketing support—primarily for dance studio owners and other small business leaders. We offer these services via one-on-one coaching, email support, downloadable content, and online scheduling tools.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We currently accept payments through PayPal.

Due to the nature of digital products, courses, and consulting services, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Communication

Coaching sessions and audits are scheduled through Calendly. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late appointments may be forfeited at our discretion.

Ongoing email support is available as outlined in your selected package.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through On Pointe—including templates, tools, videos, curriculum samples, and resources—are the intellectual property of Lindsey Dinneen or On Pointe Business Consulting and are intended for personal business use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited without written permission.

5. User Responsibilities

By engaging with our services, you agree to:
